Is it possible to request color samples of your shades?

Absolutely, you can request color samples for all our products, and we actually encourage it! Ordering samples allows you to personally assess the color and opacity before finalizing your order. You can easily order samples directly from any product page, or feel free to contact us for assistance.

Is it possible for sales tax to be exempted for tax-exempt businesses or organizations?

Certainly, sales tax can be waived if you furnish us with a copy of your state-issued tax-exempt certificate before placing your order.

If I make payment for my order with a credit card, when will the charge be applied to my card?

Your credit card will be charged when you submit your order. Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do require full payment before we commence production on your order.

Is it possible to cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Production of your order typically commences on the first business day following its receipt. Any cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within one business day of placing the order. Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed due to its custom-made nature, tailored to your specific specifications.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you make an online order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive the confirmation email immediately, please check your junk/spam folder, as some email services may mistakenly categorize it as spam. Additionally, you will receive shipment updates as soon as your order is dispatched.

How can I inquire about the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please visit our order tracking page and provide your order number and email address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information within 24-48 hours.
