Refund Policy

If, after careful consideration, you find that the color or product you've chosen doesn't meet your needs, we're here to help. We offer a hassle-free refund process, with a few important details:

  • Prior Authorization: Please contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process. Prior authorization is required for all refund requests.
  • Evidence Requirement: In some cases, we may request clear photo or video evidence to better understand the issue.
  • Verification: For transparency and to prevent misuse of our guarantee, we may ask for proof of donation or disposal of the product once a refund has been authorized.
  • Maximum Refund: Our maximum refund under this guarantee is $500.00 per order, per person, per household, within a 12-month period.

Custom-Made Products

Please note that all our products are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Non-Refundable Charges

While we strive to provide the best possible service, there are certain charges that are non-refundable:

  • Return Shipping Costs
  • Oversize Freight Fees
  • Handling Charges
  • Accident Protection Plan

Exclusions

Please be aware that this guarantee cannot be combined with our fit-or-free guarantee. Additionally, it does not apply to closeout products, commercial orders, or dealer orders.

2 Years Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty

This warranty is provided by the manufacturer to the original purchaser of our products and covers on motors and controls for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt.

Coverage and Exclusions:

  • This Limited Warranty does not apply to damages resulting from accidental damage, alterations, misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, fire, water damage, or acts of God.

Manufacturer's Obligation:

The manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective products.

Shipping Costs:

  • For warranty claims within the first 12 months from the date of receipt, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs associated with repairing or replacing warranted products.
  • For warranty claims within months 13-24, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Exclusive Warranty and Limitation of Liability:

  • This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other obligations, liabilities, and warranties, whether express or implied.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer, its distributors, or retailers be liable or responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, or other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee.
  • Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
  • In no event shall the manufacturer's liability exceed the cost of the product.
