If I were to place an order today, when can I expect it to arrive?

All of our products are crafted to your specific requirements once you've placed your order. The production timelines can vary, typically falling within the range of 2 to 10 business days. While we cannot provide an exact shipping date, we do furnish you with an estimated shipping date for each product. You can locate this information on each product page as well as in your shopping cart and order confirmation.

Upon shipping, please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email, containing details about the dispatched items and their corresponding tracking information. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the order placement date.

Is there a shipping fee associated with my order?

Throughout the order submission process, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on factors such as your delivery address, the size and weight of your customized curtains, your selected shipping method, and other relevant information. This shipping fee will then be added to the total amount of your order.

Do you offer shipping services to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?

I'm sorry, but we are only able to ship orders to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.

Will I receive a notification once my order is dispatched?

Yes, you will receive an email notification on the day following the shipment of your order. This email will include tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If your order includes different types of products, you may receive multiple shipping notifications.

Could you explain why my tracking number displays 'pending' or 'label created'?

When your order is prepared for shipping, a shipping label with a tracking number is generated. You will receive an email from us containing this tracking information. It's important to note that the tracking number remains inactive until the parcel is picked up by our shipping partners, such as FedEx or UPS. During this period, the tracking status will display as 'pending' or 'label created.' Once FedEx or UPS takes possession of the parcel, you will be able to track your order's progress and view the updated delivery date provided by the shipping carrier.
